52100 high carbon steel forged finish chef's knife.  Padauk and black ebony wood Wa style handle.  Sub zero heat treatment. Work horse chef knife. Tough with excellent edge retention.  Not recommended for use on bones, hard cheese rinds, or frozen foods.
