Corey Dunlap is a Tempe, Arizona based knifemaker whose career with knives spans more than two decades. A former professional chef turned full-time sharpener, Corey built his foundation through years of Japanese waterstone sharpening. Today, he applies that experience to crafting high performance kitchen knives.
